Shipping Methods

UPS Ground 2-5 days: Free

Free Express Shipping — U.S. orders of $200 or more

FedEx 2Day Air: $15

FedEx Overnight: $50

Transit times begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. An estimated arrival date for each method is shown at checkout.

Delivery Guarantee

Every order receives an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Late delivery: If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will refund your shipping cost.

16-day guarantee: If your order has not shipped within 16 days of the order date, we will refund the full order amount, including product and shipping.

How to Claim

Email support@directpeptides.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Conditions

The delivery estimate is the date shown at checkout, not the carrier’s own estimate.

Refunds for late delivery cover shipping charges only; the product remains yours.

Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or carrier holds requested by the customer are not covered.

Orders that arrive damaged or lost in transit are eligible for replacement or refund.

Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
